IEC latest standard for power factor of LED bulbs

The latest news, IEC update the standard for power factor( abbreviate PF) of LED bulbs, new standard as below:

The wattage of LED bulbs below 2W,there’s no requirement for PF.

Power 2W-6W , PF should be 0.4.

Power above 6w and lower than 12W, PF should be 0.7.

Above 12W, PS required to be 0.9.
